The Range Conservation Tee – A New Chapter for Black Lantern
We’ve always believed that the outdoors is more than just a backdrop—it’s our heritage, our playground, and our responsibility. That’s why we’re launching the Archival Division, a new Black Lantern series inspired by vintage poster art and historic conservation graphics. Each release in this line nods to the past while carrying a message for today. The very first piece: our Range Conservation Tee.
Range conservation is about protecting the wide-open spaces that shape the American West and beyond—lands where wildlife roams, rivers run, and people gather to explore. These places are only ours to enjoy because they’ve been kept public, protected, and cared for by generations before us. With this tee, we’re honoring that legacy and adding our own voice to the call to keep these wild spaces free and open for everyone.
The design pulls from archival styles you’d expect to see on old national park posters and conservation prints, but with our Black Lantern twist. Printed by hand in our Colorado workshop, this tee blends history and modern design into something you’ll want to wear whether you’re out on the trail, in the mountains, or just keeping the wild close to heart.
The Range Conservation Tee isn’t just another shirt—it’s a reminder of what’s worth protecting. It’s about standing for public lands, keeping the range wild, and carrying forward the tradition of conservation. This is the first of many from the Archival Division, and we’re proud to share it with you.
