To get the best life out of your Black Lantern cap, we recommend using non-soap-based cleaners like OxyClean™ or something similar lightly brushed onto the sweatband or problematic area and rinsed by hand with lukewarm water. You can submerge the hat into the water, just not the bill. This will extend the life of your hat and keep it fresh for years to come. Simply spot-clean the problematic area with a gentle cleanser and a toothbrush, and then lightly dab the area with water. If it is not on the bill, you can submerge the rest of the hat into a bucket of cold water to rinse.
